Sustainable Perspectives Through The Collaborative Economy of Sun and Beach Destinations: Predictions, Platforms, and Ai

The collaborative economy has reshaped tourism dynamics in sun-and-beach destinations by fostering resource efficiency and encouraging local entrepreneurship through platforms like Airbnb, Uber, and Booking.com. However, it also introduces significant challenges, including over-tourism, resource depletion, and social inequalities. This study presents a systematic literature review to identify sustainability indicators and evaluate the role of AI-driven tools in mitigating these issues. Key contributions include the development of a predictive AI model for sustainability monitoring and the creation of a platform for real-time decision-making. The findings underscore the critical need to balance economic growth with environmental preservation and social equity, offering a pathway toward more inclusive and sustainable tourism development.
